Allowed me to customise in order to be better suited for client communications Once it's set up, very easy to use. LOVE that it synch with my calendar and has the option to add payment - haven't used that yet, but probably will in the future. Session reminder email are excellent too. Easy to use, I love the ease to migrate it into my website and it's built in integration with Zoom. Reminding my clients of upcoming appointments has saved me so much time and $. All the features that SMBs need. Continued developement & support Cons Would be great if recurring clients could use the same zoom call ID as initially set up on their first booking. I just had a few clients who were a bit overwhelmed with a new zoom call link for each booking. The design doesn't seem very aesthetically pleasing for me.. lol! Minor point. Cons: None so far. It does everything we need it to do and more. Wish I could book a class and add clients to it that goes for 6 weeks with automatic reminders for all clients in it.
