Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The API is very easy to use and nicely documented. After sign-up, I was contacted by my account manager and even if the standard prices were already good, we agreed on a discounted rate because of the SMS volume I have. SMS delivery is perfect and support was always helpful when I needed them. This is one of the affordable yet low latency sms gateway I used. We are using it to pitch our promotional messages to our target groups. The message sucessful delivery rate is on higher side than peers. It has report and charts feature inbuilt into the platform. It can be easily integrated with product using API. The dashboard has almost all required sub menus needed to marketing. Cons They should broaden 2way SMS coverage and provide it for more countries. The export report feature is limited to 3 months window.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It used to be a good service a few years ago - it was a CLX Communication brand in the past. After the acquisitions, it got only worse. They appeared to have all the functions I needed in their API but unfortunately, because of their horrendous support, we never got up and running with them. Cons They claim SMSes have been delivered and charge you even if the SMSes do not reach the destination—that is totally unacceptable. After some communication ping-pong, the service recommends resetting the headset! The problem persists for a few months now. As mentioned above, we never got "launched" with Sinch, and it was completely on them that we didn't.
