Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Self-hosted, full control of our data - Easy to use with options for enterprise features like LDAP authentication and user activity and message auditing - Mobile apps are nice, feature-rich, and notifications work well - Very customizable Cons - Can be clunky in some places, but the Dev team continues to address those pain-point and upgrade them at a steady pace (ex. Auditing was missing previously, but is now feature-rich) - Too many people try to compare it to Slack	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This app combined 3 separate apps that I am currently using into 1. Saves me time and of $$ on the subscription costs for the separate apps. Seamless transition to Teamplate I am able to replace three of my existing apps and save money on subscriptions. Love it! It’s an easy to use all-in-one app that is a pleasure to use. Highly recommend this platform. Ease of use and it’s really all-in-one. I have told other clients I work with to also get it. Once I started using Teamplate I was able to replace 3 existing apps and save money on subscription costs. User management was also easier as I only had to focus on one app. It really helped that the app was easy to use and on-boarding was simple for us, in no time at all we were using the app and sharing best practices. Support is also great and we’ve worked closely with Teamplate to implement features. Teamplate aims to streamline communication and workflow by offering an all-in-one platform for teams, competing with established players like Microsoft Teams and Slack. Its unique selling proposition lies in consolidating essential features like chat, project boards, file sharing, video calls, and calendaring into a single, unified interface. Streamlined Workflow is it's main benefit, and Switching between chat, file sharing, and project boards within the same platform can boost efficiency. Currently, teamplate is also free which is an extra benefit for all companies trying this new product. Cons Lack of integration with other apps. Not a huge deal for me since Teamplate is all-in-one. Still trying to figure out the calendar feature. Haven’t gotten there yet. Probably not a large user base at the moment but not really anything else. We haven’t made use of the calendar feature just yet but we do plan to migrate the team off of outlook soon. Also there are no integrations for other apps, but I suppose that’s because Teamplate is doing it all. I would like to be about to customize my dashboard to suit my work style. 1. Compared to Teams and Slack, Teamplate may have a smaller user base and ecosystem. 2. Transitioning from familiar tools like Teams or Slack to a new platform might require initial adjustment and user training.
