Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As a consumer insight and business professional at a large CPG company, Revuze has been my go-to tool for sentiment analysis of our own products and competitive products. Because the platform has a deep level of granularity, it enables me to easily understand the reasons behind consumer sentiments quickly. But perhaps the top benefit is the customer service - all of my requests have been attended the same day. Easily aggregates data into one centralized location. Has product level consumer feedback and trends vs. competition. I like the dashboard and how it describes the items, how it rates and put sentiments beyond every subject. Cons Although I am comfortable with the platform now, there was an initial learning curve (it wasn't as intuitive and I had a hard time coming through actual reviews for verbatims). The recent update has helped. I would recommend offering more trainings or sharing how to use the new features or updates. Select data only syncs once a month, this can cause delay with reporting out data. Sometimes the AI does not understand the topics, for example when a word is used to much to describe a product or so, the AI gets it like a topic, when actually it is just the name of the product or so, making the study a little confusing.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We get a lot of praise from our clients about how adaptive the technology is to their requirements and how fast we can deliver results. This is truly an enterprise-grade software able to handle complexity and scale. Unlike many other basic app generators out there, Rierino really makes our lives easier when it comes to large and complex projects. With rapid development, intuitive UIs, and role-based access, it is great for global remote teams and working under time pressure. Rierino CMS is a very flexible platform that can easily adapt to user requests and does not need a lot of manpower or long timelines to do so. It makes my job as a content manager and editor super easy with custom templates, intuitive UI, and workflows. The platform is easy to set up and maintain. We are able to customize it based on our latest requirements and support our business growth. Cons The collaboration so far has been really good and our new feature requests were fully met. I have not experienced anything negative with the platform. It is not one of the most well-known solutions, but support has been great so far. Nothing, I look forward to expanding it to a larger part of our organization. It is not the typical plug-and-play packaged software that small businesses are used to, like Shopify. But, that allowed us to custom-configure many different features to our liking which would’ve taken a lot of investment otherwise.
