It has a spreadsheet that can be programmed according to our needs. At the same time, it has a mobile application that integrates GPS functions that allow us to know the exact location of the employees. Replicon can provide our business with complete control over time management and work activities. It has employee time and attendance accounting tools and streamline a more complete and accurate mandatory payroll management. Elapsed time can be tracked with the mobile application that integrates GPS. It is a platform that allows us to get aligned workflow management, from sales to project management. Our clients get transparency of all business critical metrics related to budgets, estimates, costs, skills. Its tools are highly adaptable for payment of consultants and audits, and in turn improve the stability of our company. It is ideal for integrating timesheets and expenses, we have access from anywhere even from the office. It adapts to any company, our job consultants get the ability to perform an effective planning and maintain a work flow, you will save time that will help you focus on other areas, totally recommended. Cons It seems to us a disadvantage that the application only shows us results of hours and days of management or attendance. At the same time, we believe that it would be much more useful if it could be programmed to count start and completion times of tasks by employees in order to assess whether there is an optimal operability. Despite its abundant functions, it lacks functionality for tracking active activities at any given time; it only accounts for work time and does not provide an operability management to verify if the relevant tasks are completed on time. At the same time, it does not have a messaging tool to notify employees of timely information. Some of the layouts can be a little difficult to navigate, but once you play around in the platform, it becomes easy to customize and make the platform yours. It is important to invest time in training on the platform.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
