With their current capabilities, they keep pushing for development, adding more updates and features we might need. Apart from the features, they have helpful and very informative support team. All in one marketing automation that saves a lot of money and time switching between tools. It has some next level features that i haven't seen with competitors with website analytics and ChatGPT integration. I recently started utilizing VBOUT for my email campaigns and landing pages, and my experience has been great. However, the crown jewel of VBOUT is undoubtedly their customer support. The team's promptness and effectiveness in addressing issues and guiding me through solutions are unparalleled. Easy to setup, ease of usage, powerful tools all in one package. Plus there’s a landing page builder, funnel tracking, good dashboard reporting, try them to find out! Greatly appreciate the simplicity and efficiency of VBOUT's all-in-one, lightweight CRM marketing platform. It provides all the necessary tools to expand and scale my business effectively. The platform is feature-rich and goes beyond just email delivery. Additionally, the prompt and extremely helpful customer support has been invaluable in resolving any issues that arise. Training videos and documentation improve the user experience and help me utilize the platform effectively. Cons The moderation on landing pages which resulting it takes time to launch a page. Personally, I see it uncommon to apply it on landing pages. I still had to create some integrations but i'm sure they have more features on their roadmap that will make these not necessary soon. One area for improvement that I'd like to see is the addition of a dark mode feature. As someone with visual impairments, a dark mode is more than just a preference; it's a necessity for comfortable and prolonged use. Implementing this feature would significantly enhance the user experience for me and others who rely on dark mode for accessibility reasons. So far no cons as yet, because the platform is so seamless and intuitive. Although VBOUT is a powerful tool, the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) could benefit from some improvements. It would be even better if the platform had a more intuitive and visually appealing interface. However, this drawback does not overshadow the platform's advantages.
