Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - It provides detailed insights and run smooth in every scenario. - It is quite transparent, and it has been a major contributor of the productivity increment in our team. - The support team is responsive and quick in solving problems. The detailing of the data is brilliant. Excellent after-sales support. Friendly and Quite Simple User Interface Helps both In-office and WFH scenarios. - Time tracking tool is quite great, it provides with the best solutions. - The tool enables tracking the time spent by employees productively with the help of various features. - With the help of productivity tools like workload analysis, we can easily check and improve our work load. - It enables transparency to drive efficiencies and productivity within the teams especially during WFH scenarios. I really like the variety of reports that ProHance provides. This really helps in deep diving into the entire work shift of the users and makes it easy for the manager to monitor and distribute the work to the user. Also, It triggered comprehensive reports, a Real-time dashboard, and a Customer support team. I love this tool - it is great for my team and we love using it every day of work. It has increased our business productivity! Cons - The tool works efficiently and improves productivity. There has not been any con faced by me or any of my team members while using ProHance. Can be perceived as a tool that might give some organization's a perception of closely monitoring their employees or tracking their activity and doubting their work ethics at times. (Which is not the scenario since the tool offers a lot more). - User interface needs constant training to function smoothly. The user interface could be improved. Rest I believe everything works well for us. Never had any issues with this tool - when we do experience any bugs they are quickly fixed.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not. One. i would say the response time of their support team, but more often than not, they are unable to provide a solution. Moreso, they end up telling you how limited their software's capabilities are. Cons We went live at the top of 2025. Signed up for them through a PEO we switched to. Found out form employees of the PEO AFTER implementation was going awry that "customers had been leaving in droves". Later was told by a TImeCo employee that in a companywide meeting he found out that approximately 85% of the staff is new. Timekeeping: Cannot seem to adapt to our lunch policy. If an employee works 8+ hours, and automatic 30 minutes should be taken out. If they activate "auto meal "to compensate for this, it then makes it so an employee that may work 4 hours in the morning, go to an appointment, then come back and work an additional 2 hours (6 hours total) loses an additional 30 minutes and ends up with 5.50 hours. Now let's say that middle break is 15 minutes (wfh employee clocks out to grab kid from bus stop), they will lose an additional 30 minutes on top of the 15 they were away. Met with support. The solution was to take the meal break and another thing that was in place away and make all employees clock in and out for everything. I don't want to do that, but OK. This then gave any employee that had worked straight 8 hour shifts expecting a 30 minute auto meal to be take OVERTIME. They then checked my overtime policy (over 40 hours) and said "so you will have to pay them overtime for the additional hours". DO YOU HEAR YOURSELF? WE CAN'T DO THAT! so the switched it back. Occasionally an employe may forget to punch in/out. There were at least 5 occasions where when this was fixed and we hit "save" other times/dates would shift to random times. At first, we thought we were the problem so we would screen shot the original, the change, and what happened after we pressed save. Sent those screenshots to support and they responded promptly and can fix it in a reasonable time UNLESS it is payroll day and one of your managers added a time last minute and now stops your whole process. There's more but I have work to go do.
