Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy To Under Stand Dashboard. Very User Friendly. Makes setting up ads much quicker. Ability to test tons of different copy & landing pages. Customer service is amazing! Absolutely amazing assistance and interactions from the team, for every step along the way, from set up to ads strategy. Communication was easy, and easily exceeded that of any company that I have ever interacted with as a small business owner. I was blown away at how incredibly helpful they were, and how much they actually cared that my ads did well and my business succeeded. the team was very accessible, responded quickly. Easy to start and allows the user to try out different campaign ideas. Data visibility is front and center. Ease of use and the revenue and profit I gained from using Preflect for my Bible Block Meta ads. Preflect walks you through the entire process of finding and scaling winning ads. Cons Algorithm can sometimes kill successful ads in favor of new content (which is also successful). Reporting could be more robust . The AI does need sufficient data in order to be effective, which is to be expected. And it’s not the fault of Preflect or the team. It’s just frustrating to have to work through the data gathering phase. Customer service is lacking and the little I did get was unhelpful and did not follow through with what they said they would be able to do. That i didn’t find Preflect sooner! It would have saved me so much time and money!!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's a pretty user-friendly software that has helped us to better manage our ads on different PPC platforms and social networks. It works flawlessly and has features that make it easy to manage content for advertising and track everything we publish on various platforms to measure its reach and impact. The program is essential to strengthening a strategic vision of campaigns with an incredible platform. WordStream is very interesting in every moment of specific marketing activity. The interface is unique and very influential in the productivity of the tools. WordStream helps me to diversify the idea of creating campaigns with a specific environment in each of the templates I choose. I like it a lot because it is very fast and has a totally adequate interface. It has a notorious deployment in its system at a general level. The support is totally progressive and very useful. Cons There is an information gap within their documentation and support material; I have found more helpful material online about some of the features they offer. Customer service could be quicker to respond. WordStream should improve in advertising its services on blogs and websites; many people don't know about it. It should be a little cheaper its price as it limits the acquisition in some users with a net low budget.
