Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Phone.com services have little to no downtime. Very easy to use and set up, with excellent client care. Very easy customization and configuration. Good connection and stable network. Helps to grow my business and connect to other companies. Conferencing, calling and video calling makes it easy to advance my business. Cons Provisioning new phone tends to be a little complicated; there is no self-help portion to adding new (physical) phones. No cons, it had helped me to grow my business and connect to other companies and customers.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Good pricing. Basic online serve-yourself email administration. Live person answers on tech support lines when you call in. Cons Tech Support is VERY hit or miss on their ability to (1) speak english and understand your issue (2) be able to resolve the issue. (9/10 times they will open a support ticket -and that's it.) Their documentation is VERY POOR and outdated. hey regularly disrupt business with mid-week server changes, outages and "upgrades." Really makes it difficult to cancel their services.
