Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We're a small HVAC company with four technicians. Previously, we kept our schedules in a Google spreadsheet, and technicians were constantly going to the wrong places. With Orcatec, the dispatcher sees everyone on one dashboard, and we close the invoice right at the client's home, with payments arriving the same day Enhanced Efficiency; Accessibility and Convenience; Real-Time Insights; Scalability; Customer Support. Personalization of the application to the services that our company provided. We have spent time with admin, who gave us a guide with all features and settings. The application for phone and web versions is super easy to use. Once we have done settings, in just a moment we can create and close projects for our clients. Using Orcatec saved us a lot of time. Very good app! We use it for dispatch, invoice creation, our payments and accounting and messaging with the clients. Previously our dispatchers couldn't see the communication with clients in one place since it was via simple SMS. Now I can see the client info, his properties, appointment information and much more. The user interface is clear, has desktop app, has also mobile app, the company listens to its users and make updates to the software pretty quick. Seems like there is always something new to learn and include in to your system! Cons The mobile app is still inferior to the desktop in terms of administrative actions; some permissions settings are not available on the mobile app Users may find that it takes some time to fully understand how everything works within the app, but then it becomes more clear and easier than ever, allowing for smoother navigation and utilization of its features over time. I find application and services useful. Support always available. Was kind of difficult to get used to the system, especially for our techs. But seems like everyone got used already. There's still a few buttons that need to be accessible a little easier. It requires some time to take full advantage of all its features.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The price is good. Also, it's nice to have a software that can do scheduling and invoicing, as well as send estimates. Cons The company claims it is very customizable, but we did not find the customizable features very helpful. Its customizable, but only in their contained boundaries, and it wasn't what we were needing. We've had consistent issues with our sales tax rates syncing with QB, and it has caused a lot of problems and wasted time. It's also not very user friendly, and the customer service isn't great.
