Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love this tool! The AI chatbot answers order status questions from our visitors, and it also does abandoned cart messaging and upselling. So, we definitely have a positive ROI. The support is outstanding - they respond quickly and have helped us make our chatbot better and found ways to improve our sales and reduce our support tickets. Bot learns quick and it super intuitive for consumers. It really helps get customers to the proper product pages to make a purchase. The team even helped us come up with a personalized recommendations for our specific products (which are very niche)! Cons I really can't think of anything - any time I think I have an issue, their support team helps me out and everything keeps working great. Literally can't come up with one. Not kidding, this is the best tool and company that supports it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customers enjoy immediate access to our staff if they have an issue with a service or product or any other question. Staff manage multiple chat conversations at once saving time required to handle several customers. I like the fact that Slaask integrates with Slack to improve internal communications. It is easy to contact online web visitors with Skaask. It is a very great platform when it comes to communication since every employee can join a conversation in a secure way. Also it is very easy to set up based on topics and schedules. The way it is easy to contact customers via live chatting over the internet is what I like most about Slaask. Slaask integrates seamlessly with Slack that makes it easy to communicate with clients directly without hustling a lot. Cons We always train our support staff to use the right tone in order to make customers feel they are receiving personalized attention. I do not encounter challenges while using Slaask on my far end. The only dislike i have towards it, is that it does not have the search button which sometimes becomes hectic when in need of searching something, therefore it should improve on that. However, Slaask is daunting to connect to the website and integrate with Slack. It was overwhelming to integrate Slaask with Slack, but thanks to the Vendor support team they helped us eradicate the issue.
