I like the editor function where I can customize reports. friendly for employees and they can easily access and update their own information. They are constantly making changes/updates and looking for ways to improve. It was a process to do our changeover, however, it was so less complicated as I thought it was going to be. I have enjoyed the change since March 2023. I love all of the helpful training resources Netchex provides as well as having all employee information in one place. Its easy to use, support is always there to help with any questions. I like how I can view each employee separate from each other. Super easy to use, great training videos, professional and helpful customer service, easy to connect. Cons There is nothing I can really say I don't like about the software. We have some issues with people not being able to use phones for clocking in and out. It was not a Netchex issue, it was operator error. I haven't found any cons or things I dislike yet. There are to many step just to process payroll. Set up was confusing. Nothing I can think of. Very satisfied with the product. The main features I liked about Square were: 1- I really love that this platform offers me a function to be able to monitor trips and keep track of each of the trips made by other employees. This function is very important to me since our employees are constantly away from the offices and have to travel to other countries or four cities.
