	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very intuitive and easy to use GREAT for tracking and following up on Projects If you give out Samples or Lend tools to contractors great tracking tool built in All your contracts are in 1 place and easy to access online or via app Best mobile app It feels like it is built for reps, not generic businesses. I appreciate that it understands my unique workflows of multi-line selling and commission-driven sales — unlike standard CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot that often need heavy customization. What I enjoy the most about Repfabric is that it is a very intuitive tool and easy to use. Its interface is super user-friendly and it gives the chance to be on the same page with peers, clients and manufacturers. I use this system for entering PO's and Invoices able to do so with ease. The AI features make this very convenient too! I like being able to track a project and make sure we land them. It makes it easier to recall which ones are still on the hook. Cons No "cons" per say but one feature that I do wish existed is that Rep Fabric could integrate w/ quick books so sales data can be streamlined to be added to won projects or jobs etc. The mobile app - it's slower in performance, has dated interface elements and is missing some features I believe that the Activity Journals could have more "Type" options, or have the chance to put your own custom "Type" for the AJ. The AI tool can be finicky at times, but it performs very well when it’s working properly. I don't like that I sometimes forget to use it. I personally haven't come across any negatives.
