Mindcat Screens vs. Takeorder AI Comparison Chart

You pay per screen per month. A screen is a display with a player connected to your system in that month; each screen of a video wall counts. The price per screen drops as you add screens: each band’s price applies only to the screens inside that band. Logins for marketing, operations, branch managers and IT are free, as many as you need.

Band: AED | SAR | USD per month
1 to 10: 49 | 49 | 13.34
11 to 50: 35 | 35 | 9.53
51 to 200: 25 | 25 | 6.81
201 and up: 19 | 19 | 5.17
Worked example. A chain with 25 screens pays 10 × 49 + 15 × 35 = AED 1,015 a month (SAR 1,015, about USD 276.38). With 9 screens the AED 590 shared minimum applies. With 60 it is AED 2,140. With 250 it is AED 6,590.

How you run it changes the multiplier.

Shared, hosted by us in the UAE: The screen price above. Your own separate system on servers we share across clients. | AED/SAR 590 (USD 160.65)
Your own copy, hosted by us in the UAE or Saudi Arabia: Screen price × 2 | AED/SAR 4,049 (USD 1,102.52)
In your own cloud or servers, run by us: Screen price × 2, and you pay your cloud bill directly | AED/SAR 4,299 (USD 1,170.59)
Two ways to start. Up to 10 screens on the shared plan, we set you up on a fixed quick-start package, with no scoping call. From 11 screens, and at any size on your own servers or your own cloud, we set it up with you.

Your installer connects the screens with our guide. No call and no on-site visit. The go-live date is counted from the day your CSV arrives. We send the payment link within 24 hours.

From 11 screens it adds up to 4 layouts, menu boards per country in AED and SAR, the campaign calendar, a proof-of-play report schedule and logins per branch. From 51 it adds up to 10 layouts, a price feed from your POS or ERP and single sign-on on your own copy. Extra work is AED/SAR 900 an hour (USD 245.06), or 10 hours for AED/SAR 8,100.
Paid to others, outside the screen price. Player software on a Windows media player costs nothing. Player software on Android boxes, Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS) and ChromeOS screens is a one-off licence per screen from the player’s maker: you buy it, or we order it in your name at cost. Screens, media players, mounts and installation come from your AV installer, or we quote them separately. Annual prepay takes 15% off. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
