About Mindcat Clinic
Mindcat Clinic is a browser-based clinic management system for private dental, dermatology, and physiotherapy practices and clinic groups in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. It brings branch and practitioner schedules together with patient records, visit notes, allergies, medications, prescriptions, attached documents and images, and role-based access. Staff can record charges against a clinic’s own price list, payments by cash or Mada, and review receipts and activity reports by branch, practitioner, and date. A patient portal supports appointment requests, messaging, documents, and billing summaries; optional online self-booking is provided by the separate Mindcat Bookings product. The system offers a FHIR API and can be hosted in the clinic’s country or on its own servers. Arabic screens are available but only partly translated. It does not currently provide NPHIES claims or NABIDH, Malaffi, or Riayati connections.
