Rise Vision

Pros: You can connect it directly to your school's security tool. If something goes wrong, it immediately overrides every screen with emergency alerts.

It links up directly with Google Slides, Canva, and Google Calendar. Once you set those up, the screens update themselves automatically.

Cons: Since it’s entirely cloud-based, if the school internet goes down, your screens won't get any live updates or new announcements.

Overall: We really like it; however, we use AppleTVs with it and we are limited on the things we can do and the templates do not always update as they should.

Pros: The platform is very user-friendly, especially as someone that isn't super tech-savvy!
Several of our staff have access to the platform and can work together to ensure things stay up-to-date.

Cons: I really don't have anything negative to say about Rise Vision.

Overall: We love using the platform to highlight all of the great things our students are up to on our hallway TVs. There are tons of free templates to help get you started. It's been a great asset to our school, and our students love trying to catch themselves on the TV.

Pros: Rise Vision offers and great digital signage solution. It is easy to set up as well as manage and deploy.

Cons: No system is perfect and we have had to reboot some our signage devices over the last few years but thats par for the course with technology.

Overall: Coming from a different solution that no longer was being made this was an easy transition and actually a lot nicer to use than the old system we had.

Pros: I like how useful Rise Vision can be in scheduling content in advance. It is also very easy to upload images/documents in a variety of ways.
Easy content and display management all in one centralized location. Also very easy to schedule content on different devices in different locations, so the integration to the business is wonderful.

Cons: The only downside I can think of would be the occasional marketing email, however I understand the purposes so I'm not too bothered.
Sometimes if uploading a lot of content at once the website, at least on desktop, can be slow to respond at times, not sure if this is because of limitations with software or device

Overall: I like having all of my content management all in one easy and centralized location. However, I may have noticed some limitations with bigger images, however it hasn't impacted my ability to use the software overall, and has really impacted our business and reach for the better?

Overall: I’ve been incredibly impressed with Rise Vision as our digital signage solution, primarily because of how intuitive and easy to manage it is. From an administrative standpoint, the centralized cloud dashboard lets me handle single or multi-screen deployments in minutes without any headaches. It integrates perfectly with the tools we already use daily, like Microsoft 365, making remote content updates practically effortless for anyone on the team. Beyond just being simple to use, the functionality is surprisingly robust. I don't have to worry about complex graphic design since it comes with an extensive library of professional templates and a built-in AI presentation generator. It also plays nicely with a variety of hardware, which gave us the flexibility to use existing displays. Between the granular content scheduling and the ability to tie seamlessly into emergency alert systems, it gives me all the backend control I need while keeping the daily operation incredibly user friendly.

Pros: I like that you can link the program to Canva and easily update the signage with things made on Canva.

Cons: I wish there were more templates that related to other populations (not just schools).

Overall: Overall, my experience with Rise Vision has been excellent. Any issues were able to be ironed out quickly.

Overall: Rise Vision is a reliable and easy-to-use digital signage solution for our workplace. It makes it easy for our IT team to manage and update multiple displays from a central location, saving time and making communication more efficient. While there are some areas that could be improved, such as update speed, customization, and troubleshooting tools, our overall experience has been very positive. We would rate Rise Vision 10 out of 10 and would recommend it to other organizations.

Pros: Rise Vision was easy to set up and use, and it works well once running. The main challenge was initially figuring out the proper device to use for the app, though support helped quickly. It’s helped solve digital signage needs so HR can post messages and notes that many locations can easily see. How did you decide which device to run it on, and what made that choice easier?

Cons: It took us a while to find the right device to run Rise Vision so the monitors would not turn off. We reached out to support and they gave us a list of recommended devices which solved our issue. Other than that issue, we have not run into any other "cons" as it works quite well.

Overall: Overall great experience with rise vision and their support. It works as intended and is easy to use for non-technical people.

Pros: Ease of use, the fact that it has Canva integration makes it so simple to import custom graphics directly from one platform to the other. The software is so easy to troubleshoot any issues that might turn up that it practically runs itself!

Cons: Only con so far is the inability to edit templates to suit my needs at times.

Overall: LOVE this product! I use it daily to provide detailed information that our entire building can check out 24/7 on our display monitors. The software is so easy to use and maintain that it practically runs itself.

Pros: Screen organization: it was easy to locate the screens by name.
It was just a user, not an administrator, and it was user-friendly on my end.

Cons: The preview of the slides that you posted was a pain because you had to open them one by one to know what was the slide you wanted to delete or keep. There was no easy preview.

Overall: Overall, it was a good experience. The platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate. One area that could be improved is the preview feature, as it could let you preview the whole deck instead of open slide per slide. Since I was only a user of the platform, I’m not familiar with the cost or setup process and cannot provide feedback on those aspects.

Pros: The templates make it very easy to get started and continually refresh our presentations. The interface walks you through adding new visuals and calls to action. It has saved me time since I don't have to think up everything on my own.

Cons: It works great if you have a wired internet connection, but if you're relying on wireless there can be lag with the more graphics-intensive slides.

Overall: I can easily promote upcoming events and activities in our office and retail store. Also, I can customize different presentations for the reception desk and store. What's really convenient is that I can make updates through the online portal, whether I'm in the office or working remotely.

Pros: There are a lot of templates to use to get started and make posting easier, but it also allows you to connect directly to Canva to upload your own content.

Cons: There is some lag time when you are setting things up, which can make it frustrating.

Overall: I absolutely love Rise Vision, I still find new things I can do with it every day. We have been able to save on paper and ink by not posting flyers everywhere, and we can get information out to everyone without relying on them to check their email.

Pros: What we appreciate most about Rise Vision is its ability to display multiple pieces of content at the same time. This feature is especially valuable in a large, active learning environment like our Wellness and Performance Center. We can show workout instructions, movement demonstrations, announcements, safety reminders, nutrition or wellness education, and program updates all within the same display. This helps us keep students engaged while making important information visible and accessible.

Rise Vision has also helped us create a more professional and dynamic environment. Instead of relying only on verbal directions, printed signs, or separate slideshows, we are able to use digital displays to support teaching, reinforce expectations, and highlight key messages. This has improved the way we communicate with students and has made our space feel more connected, modern, and intentional.

Cons: None. It has been seamless to use and the customer Service has been exceptional if there was a question or issue. Most issues are user error or in need for further teaching

Overall: One of the biggest reasons we chose Rise Vision was the need for a seamless platform that could display educational content in one of our largest classroom spaces while also allowing us to share important updates throughout the school. In a Physical Education, Strength and Conditioning, and Wellness environment, communication happens in many forms. We need to display class instructions, schedules, announcements, reminders, wellness resources, performance information, and student-facing educational content. Rise Vision allows us to do all of that in one organized and professional-looking system.
The platform has been user-friendly and practical for our needs. We are able to update content efficiently, which is important in a school setting where schedules, announcements, and instructional priorities can change quickly. The ability to manage and rotate content has helped us keep our displays relevant and useful without creating unnecessary extra work for our staff.
Overall, our experience with Rise Vision has been very positive. It has supported our Physical Education department, enhanced the use of our Wellness and Performance Center, and provided us with a valuable communication tool for our students and school community. We would recommend Rise Vision to other schools or programs looking for a flexible, reliable, and visually engaging digital display solution.

Pros: It works on everything! Very flexible, nice, and has everything I need. I enjoy using the schedules and the presentation designer.

Cons: It has a learning curve. But support can help. I really can't say anything bad about the product because it doesn't get in the way.

Overall: I enjoy using ours for signage across several buildings. We use old PCs running Linux and have no complaints.
