	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Love the org chart and ease of accessibility to pay stubs. The ability to see all of your deductions and change them when needed. Working with all types of scenarios that require workforce augmentation is a reality with UKG Workforce central, especially if they are atypical scenarios that require a quick solution to work incidents. From running reports to making changes to advisor tax settings, UKG Pro is easy to navigate and find what we're looking for. In the busy world of payroll, making things easier helps with efficiency. Good interface makes it easy to use and navigate through the app Detailed insights to salary including planning feature Additional features like time management and reporting Quick support compared to some other tools This product is extremely robust and is able to handle all HR situations that I have come across. Very well designed software. Cons The interface at first seemed like a LOT and it was hard to find certain things due to the naming of the page. But I am not sure if that is an internal thing or UKG. Controlling all the results involved in a workforce optimization process is quite complicated even with Workforce, although the software compensates for this by offering a much more assertive quality of feedback for each operation. The delay in responses in resolving tax cases entered into the Client Service Portal is the biggest issue they had over the years. They have made an effort recently and yet I have seen an improvement, but there is still room for further improvement. Needs more advanced savings planner for adding tax details. The cost of this product makes it prohibitive to many small and medium businesses. It is more expensive than all other HR/Payroll software.
