Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Mattermost promotes the creation of documents that allow us to retain information in the short, medium, and long term and communicate between my colleagues and me through its efficient chat function. It is an incredible resource that helps us significantly reduce information loss over time, compare files and efficiently flow important information. Its platform is impressive and promotes communication and collaboration among colleagues in an effective way. Mattermost is a messaging tool. Very innovative software helps in increasing productivity and efficiency of our team. Automatic workflows and easy to use. Secure and reliable software. Lots of features like don't disturb mode, emoji, sharing images, links and files. It can send thousands of messages in a minute. Cons I have not had any problems with this platform; it has worked properly and completely meets our expectations. It is excellent for work teams to stay in sync through chats to share resources, information and advance their activities. No cons. After using Slack this is second best option to use.
