	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is nothing that we liked about SalesHive and have no positive or pro statements about them. The entire experience was a complete failure from Day 1. At first, this company seems professional and responsive, but it’s all a facade. They’re great at selling you on promises, yet nothing of value ever comes from it. They’ll answer your calls, but only to string you along without delivering real results. If you want surface-level communication without substance, they might fit the bill—just don’t expect any actual value or follow-through. Good dashboard, there was very little else that was positive. We actually asked them to stop calling on our behalf. Cons Our experience in March 2026 matches the other reviews on this page almost exactly. Wrong targeting, untrained callers, no quality control, and no accountability when confronted with documented failures. We provided thorough ICP documentation before launch. Our SDR used the wrong company name from day one. The calling script was built for the wrong CRM platform and ran uncorrected for 13 calling days until we caught it ourselves. The one meeting they booked was with a prospect clearly outside our stated ICP. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re a complete scam, offering nothing of value and trapping you in a useless contract. Don’t waste your time or money—stay far away. Outbound callers are inexperienced and don’t receive the necessary training. The coaching is non existent.
