They've reached out really quickly and gave me couple of options for something I messed up. - High delivery - Easy to use - Smooth interface - Multiple options for composing an email - Automation is awesome & easy - I never wasted time to learn the beautiful software I had an excellent experience chatting with NOBONITA from the MailBluster support team. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She understood what I needed right away and made sure everything worked perfectly. She cares about customers and knows the system inside out. Employees like her make a real difference. I strongly recommend giving her a raise or promoting her to a managerial position—she’s already working at that level. - very low price - tags, segmentation, A/B testing - new improved automation - integration with Make - great customer support Cons Still missing some features like automatic notification emails to forms. Nothing in particular. - More you use more you love - Hard to ignore this software If there’s one small thing to mention, it’s that she takes her time to make sure every detail is right. It works based on drag and drop technique. all your current email templates can be imported to Moosend and can be set up Home automation based on trigger. It supports split testing and trigger based action. Reports tell the story about the client's engagement. Marketing automation for scheduling email features is great. It also offers to design or select great templates. Moosend is top of the line marketing campaign and automation platform which offers features as email marketing, marketing automation, tracking reports and analytics. The automation part is vey effective and have enough logics to cover most of the common scenarios. Works super well and has a lot of really cool features that are included within it. Automations especially. Cons Not a very attractive user interface. Not as feature rich as the big players. email editor is bit clunky. It is very capable email marketing and automation tool, which you can completely rely upon. No cons. Overall it worked excellent for me. Nothing to share about the con. Moosend is a great marketing automation platform and I am very much satisfied with it. There is a learning curve for using it and figuring it out.
