Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface can be handled very easily since it is simple to use and also intuitive that facilitates navigation and access to different functions. It also integrates well with other tools like Slack and Teams for seamless communication and reminders. My individual goals can be set and tracked, as well as aligned with my team and company goals. I can also see how my goals support the overall corporate vision and strategy. This helps me stay focused and motivated on what matters most. It allows me to have regular and meaningful 1:1 meetings with my work team. I can create a shared agenda, add notes, action items, comments, and praise. This makes our conversations more productive and collaborative. I also appreciate the ability to review past 1:1s and track my progress over time. It helps and facilitates a smooth and painless performance review process. I can easily write self-reviews, peer reviews, and manager reviews using customizable templates and workflows. I can also access feedback from multiple sources, including goals, 1:1, surveys, etc. This gives me a holistic and accurate picture of my performance and areas for improvement. It is useful because it provides valuable insight into my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges using powerful people analytics tools. I can also see how I compare to others in my role or department using benchmarks and ratings. This helps me identify gaps in my skills and competencies and plan my professional development accordingly. Cons Lattice can sometimes be too repetitive or intrusive with its weekly updates and pulse polls. I understand the importance of tracking my goals and commitment, but I don't always have something new or different to report each week. I wish there was more flexibility or customization in how often or when these features are activated. It doesn't offer much transparency or explanation on some of its models or algorithms. For example, I don't know how you calculate Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Employee Engagement Score (EES). I also don't know how you weight or adjust comments or ratings from different sources. This makes me question the validity or reliability of some of the data or insights that Lattice provides. It could improve its goal editing panel and org chart feature. I find it annoying that every time I add or update a goal the view resets and I have to scroll back to where I was. I also find it difficult to navigate or visualize the org chart as it is not very clear or interactive.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
