Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Keap is a very updated platform and has a very simple and easy-to-navigate interface. It automatically identifies possible leads and showcases them in an organized manner. Its automation features like follow-up mode directly connect with leads. It has wide customization options for email designing and campaign modification. Also, the emails bounce rate is very low. Build funnels to sell your products and services. More advanced marketing features that will help you sell online. We love infusionsoft! It works great. Having our sales and marketing processes in the same system is a huge win! The databases that we can add to the Infusionsoft platform can have different extensions, but generally the size of these is quite large, and the platform does not show any problems when importing them, which shows that it is optimized enough to deal with a lot of data. This application provides management and access to customer database and timely tracking of customer updates. It serves financial functions such as payment and customer management. Apart from having a state-of-the-art automated system, Infusionsoft allows you to manage shopping pages and coupon codes. Cons The campaign reporting has a low amount of data to examine. No other con. Too confusing to use. Will take up a lot of your time to work with this software. For advanced marketing tech builders. The only downside to infusionsoft is the price. Pretty expensive for startups. Automating the creation of marketing documents within Infusionsoft may not be the most appropriate due to the problems the platform has in mobilizing or managing files in general. In terms of price, Infusionsoft turns out to be one of the most expensive marketing automation services (up to $99 per month depending on the plan). Apart from not having a system for storing documents and other files, the application does not provide interaction with work groups through internal chats. It leaves out influence tracking and overhead tracking functions. Likewise, it does not operate to keep track of time or life cycle of consumers in our database.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I love about this software is the level of customizability that you have when building out marketing emails and how easy it is to test these emails by sending test emails or checking out the pre test flights. I am used to coding my own emails so I like that there is an option to either drop in your own code or use a template. The templates are very simple but they work across a variety of different email clients. I also like that I can manage both my email campaigns and social media out of one location. Ability to track and provide reports. Integrates with SalesForce. Tracks social and web clicks. Responsive team. No coding hassle, simple drag and drop marketing solution. I can watch user analytics about clicks and campaign activity. Best for small and mid enterprises business. Scheduling if emails are a great addition. Cons The only thing about this software I would improve is that on the HTML side everything is created within nested tables, which I do not prefer and leads to small hiccup errors. Emfluence does not have very detailed reporting features; they will work for most everyone, but for my company, it requires a lot of editing. Takes some time to get acquainted with user interface and understand where functions are located. I never encountered any problem with this platform.
