Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Quoting in the spot made my business 10x easier and more accurate. I mostly do door knocking and many of my guys don’t always estimate the price correctly. With the quick estimate we don’t even need customer info can just show them a quote on the spot! Nailed it! QuoteIQ took my monthly CRM bill from over $1000-$150 and gave me more features than any other CRM that I tried before. The napping tool is a game changer and saves me so much time, the virtual Call team answers every single call on the first ring for my business and customers have said I’ve never looked more professional with the estimates and invoices that I sent through Quote IQ software. Generous pricing that gives you what you need as far as features go. Their team is super helpful too. Big fan of Mike and Justin and it is nice to know that they come from a service background as well instead of all these white collared folks Great price, Fantastic features, Friendly support, Easy to use, Great design. My favorite part is that i can access this app on all my devices and they dont charge some crazy fee for adding my employees. QuoteIQ is hands-down the best CRM I’ve used for my service business. It’s insanely easy to use, packed with features that actually matter—like InstaQuote for instant online quotes and bookings, and Route Optimization to save time and gas on daily jobs. It was clearly built by people who understand this industry. Support is fast and helpful, setup was simple, and it’s helped me close more jobs without the tech headaches. Highly recommend it to any serious home service pro. Cons Couple of glitches and issues loading but to be honest my connection isn’t great very often lol. Even with those things definitely stronger than a couple other CRMs I’ve used I haven’t really come across any cons. Anytime I’ve had an issue. The support staff has helped me immediately, or I’ve been able to talk to an actual American person on the phone, or over a video Zoom call. Nothing much that I can think of so far, just started a few months ago. Will let you know if I think of anything i pretty much liked everything but there was a few things that were broken when i first started using the app 3 years ago but they've fixed everything very quickly so i am impressed. anytime i have any problems i tell support and they get it resolved or give me a quick workaround so i can continue my work. This is the best platform I've used for my roofing business.
