Pros from Real Users Pros Customer service is always very responsive and courteous. We use Intulse for our VoIP service, and on those rare occasions we do have problems, they are quick to help us through. Intulse truly listens to their customers and brings a solution to meet their needs in an expedient way. They worked closely with us from start to finish to provide a product that we are very satisfied with. If an issue arises or we need some technical assistance, they respond promptly and resolve the issue immediately. We would highly recommend them. We have two offices separated by about 60 miles. So we moved to a VoIP service years ago so we could have all lines answered by one receptionist. The concept was great. The technology was okay. The service was ... well, horrible. We switched to Intulse about 6 or 7 months ago and they have been FANTASTIC! The technology is far better & the service has been phenomenal. We also love their app as it allows us to make & receive calls from our cell phones without having to reveal to clients our personal cell numbers. Can't speak highly enough of the folks at Intulse! ... They also integrate with our database so we can easily see who called what client & what client called us on what date. The texting integration is also fantastic. - The phone service is consistent and our sound quality is very clear. - The dashboard is so helpful to transfer calls and see which team members are available. - The call reporting is so helpful at the end of the day to see all the calls and listen to the recordings. - It's very convenient to fax directly from the dashboard. 1. More flexible than traditional on-premise phone systems. 2. Works well in a multi-location / home office environment. 3. Cloud-managed. 4. Customers never receive a busy signal. 5. Able to port over existing phone numbers. The Intulse dashboard is robust and user-friendly. Support is quick, thorough, and friendly. This phone system, user interface, and the service provided have made our work more efficient.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros First, the support is amazing. Handling the software is easy as it's UI is carefully designed and everything is within reach. I like quality of audio and video when conferencing. Call monitoring, encryption, voice recognition, and call recording are some other features I like. One thing that makes XCastLabs standout is the ease of connecting the business with its clients thanks to it'a business phone system features. I like that setting up the software as well as scaling is easy. It's effortless to use it and manage calls. This my favourite software more so because it brings employees together and connects us to our clients easily. Through collaboration and effective communication, we are able to push productivity to the sky. As a business call center, the software lets us interact with our business customers and partners easily thereby bettering business. I like the simplicity of the software more so the User Interface. The cost of the software is low compared to competitors It offers lot's of features aiding business communication. It's smooth when it comes to VoIP needs. I have used this software as a ca center ans aa business VoIP and I can say it offers the very best. From blended calls to manual dialer, this software has it all. It's effortless to use and handles business communication needs flawlessly. Cons It's not the most affordable VoIP solution in the market. Saying that XCastLabs is the best is an understatement as it's flawless. We have achieved so much with this software and I have no cons to list. It's an effortless software that never disappoints. It's one software that I have used successfully without downtime issues or malfunctioning and I therefore have no complaints.
