Individual Search functionality means less support calls to the IT helpdesk as users can search their own repositories without assistance Very powerful Boolean searches Cons Storage space for the archives was a problem for us when we had the system on-premise but that has been resolved now with the migration to the Cloud. Some residual issues on updating search query indices. On Prem solution needs Microsoft SQL licencing - resolved by moving to a cloud hosted environment
