Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Initially it worked smoothly and was easy enough to save and review voicemail. Pleasant interface, seemed very apt to start. Nothing to like. You can not deactivate the Visual voicemail and they do not respond to your questions or messages whatsoever. It was good when it works but not knowing my password and asking them to sent my a code their will not send it to me and that is highly rude. Cons Went offline twice, 1st time customer service took weeks to respond, 2nd time no answer to 3 inquiries over 2 mos and no explanations. Customer service really is nonexistent. And it was inconsistent about playing my greeting, and about notifying me of missed calls, even when it was working. It's impossible to deactivate. And they do not respond at any messages. Tried to contact them now. Trying to get my voicemail to work is a pain in a neck and people cannot contact me if they're gonna call and talk to me and I just get phone numbers and don't know who the people are if I don't answer the phone at the time.
