Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Excellent support. Very reasonable pricing plans compared to (often lesser) competitors. The survey builder offers all layout and display options you'll ever need, and then some. Very easy to use. I also like that they offer other channels besides website surveys, such as link and email, although I haven't had a chance to use this yet. Cons In the three months that I have used Informizely I haven't encountered any cons.
