Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Influitive has been a leader in this space and provides tons of thought leadership and guidance on how to build and manage an effective advocacy and engagement program. Additionally, they deliver webinars and materials to keep administrators "on their game" throughout the year and highlight the successes of their customers. The tool itself is relatively flexible to meet individual needs (can turn features on & off, sign-on feature options, etc.) and has enough pre-baked content to get you going. The Influitive team is also highly responsive, whether to smaller technical questions or larger strategic ones. - Intuitive user interface. - Has saved us so much time trying to identify advocates - Super quick and helpful support (both CSM and support team) - It feels like they really listen to their customers and the feedback they are given. - Overall an incredible and helpful platform. You can really grow an advocacy program with this tool. I like the gamification and automation of rewards. The UX is really nice and you can now do more with branding your hub. Some of the new features are super helpful - like lenses, to be able to see exactly what the hub looks like in the eyes of your customer - this was lacking before. Influitive allows my company to have a customer-driven space for our most active and excited clients to promote our products. Customer service is incredible. Influitive is a great way to organize and empower your organizations top customers, and to keep them happy and engaged. This pool of customers is the best resource for many things from product feedback to references and Influitive helps make it all happen. Cons Integrations can be difficult to work with, so if that's important to you, get your technical folks involved before making a decision. - There are some minor feature upgrades that we could get faster but working for a software company, I know that product updates can take time. The support has been lacking in the past, however, I have noticed significant improvements in the past year. The account management teams seem more customer-oriented as well. Running 2 hubs from one instance proves challenging - the UI of the admin side of the hub makes managing challenges difficult, visually. The custom reporting is complicated. Influitive is constantly re-evaluating features, putting out beta testing, and growing with feedback. Not much to say for cons - there are little issues that come up, but Influitive is pretty good about listening to customer feedback.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Works well as a desktop messaging app, synced with the android version. But the alternatives are much better, thus this is not to be recommended. (+) Viber desktop application and very good sync with the desktop application. (+) Transfer of photos and videos without drop in quality. (+) It can seamlessly do group calling with more users without a drop in quality. (+) Self-erasing messages is a great way of cleaning up space. This was one of the first instant messaging app I had on my iPhone. Simple to set up and uses your phone number and instantly shows all other contacts that have Viber. It has stickers which is a fun way to communicate with friends and family. Great group calling support and quality with 20 people and more. Has message encryption so your privacy is safe. It can connect more than 200 people in group chat. Video quality is very good even on unstable connection. Funny stickers and emojis. Can join many global public community to make new friends. Love how easy it is to use to send messages internationally at no additional cost when they also have Viber. Cons This software insists to interrupt you by its updates, which become available very frequently, and which you have no choice but to be interrupted by, since the app doesn't give up till you restart it, then opens up its blog page each time. There is no option to turn this incredibly annoying behaviour off. Irritated customers writing reviews such as this one, ensue. Also, the advertising is very obtrusive. (-) No blocking of calls feature. (-) Nonavailability and limited audience base which is a drawback. (-) Too many stickers and gifs make it annoying. (-) There is no backup option for your chat like in WhatsApp. Needs more innovative features to catch up with its competitors. App crashes sometimes and have to close the app via switcher and open again. Sometimes doesn't detect mobile data. I never faced any issue on usage of this app. It works very well for what it made for. Super easy to use which I can't think of any cons.
