Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros ConnectWise ITBoost does a fantastic job of consolidating IT documentation into one place — passwords, knowledge base articles, device records, and client data are all neatly stored and easy to navigate, giving technicians fast access to what they need without hopping between tools. The interface is clean and straightforward, and managing data across multiple clients is genuinely simple, making it a real time-saver for MSPs juggling complex environments. For teams already in the ConnectWise ecosystem, the native integration with ConnectWise PSA and Automate is a standout — deeper and more seamless than what any third-party competitor can offer, creating a truly unified workflow. Being fully cloud-based on AWS with enterprise-class security also means maintenance, upgrades, hosting, and support are all included in the subscription — no infrastructure headaches. Cons Copying content out of ITBoost can be a bit fiddly — some users report having to click multiple times to get content to reproduce properly, which is a small but noticeable friction point in daily use. The UI, while generally clean, has moments where it feels a little clunky, and finding specific items within the PSA integration isn't always as intuitive as you'd hope. It's also worth noting that ITBoost is most valuable when you're already invested in the ConnectWise ecosystem — MSPs running a mixed or non-ConnectWise stack may find the value proposition a bit harder to justify compared to more platform-agnostic alternatives.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have been using M-Files for over 4 years now and I can say it is one of the best. First, I like that the interface is amazing and that it is easy to understand the many features. Secondly, I like that the tool is very secure. Thirdly, I like the ease of uploading, retrieving and sharing files. There is a lot I like about M-Files. First, the tool is secure which is amazing. The tool comes with an intuitive User Interface. This software makes content collaboration seamless. M-files is easy to deploy and comes with great security features. I like the ease of archiving, retrieving and sharing documents. Accessing files is easy. I like that there is both mobile and web version. Easy to use, if you can use Google, you can use M-Files. The idea of using metadata instead of a file structure is very intelligent. Everything I need to know about my customers, their bills and emails are all in one place. No going to multiple programs/applications to get the full scope of their business. Cons With my great encounters using M-Files, I cannot think of any flaw. This software is more than great. My only concern is that M-Files is not the most affordable. However, it works well. The user interface is not the best. The vendor should improve on this. Takes a little bit of time to re-think document management.
