Pros from Real Users Pros This software is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface, making it suitable for both technical and non-technical users. This software excels in video conferences and client meetings. I started using ISL Light during COVID when I could not come into work because I had to stay home to help my kids with school. It was a lifesaver for me because I am the inventory manager at my vet office and I was able to order inventory for the clinic, keep track of inventory, manage our online pharmacy and manage our schedule all from home. ISL made it very easy for me to remote in to our scheduling software and to make client notes. I still use it even though I am back in the office. It is very easy to use and give me more flexibility with my time. ISL Online is easy to use for non-IT professionals, providing a GDPR-approved secure environment. The connection is quite stable. We have used this connection from 3 different continents and multiple devices. We love the service and use it multiple times a week to access our clients' computers remotely. We use both the always on and the on demand service. Easy to use, secure, has a smart phone client that uses simple gestures to control remote devices. I use this daily and can support anyone from wherever I am. It's light weight and very easy to use. ISL Light makes connecting to my work computer from home easy. It has saved me from having to drive the 45 minutes to my office several times. Easy access allows software to be used by those with little technology proficiency. Our firm now uses this software with 20% or more of all our clients, with multiple clients only working with our office because we have a remote option. ISL Online has allowed our firm to continue its growth trajectory. - Small download file - Quick and easy setup - Easy use on customer end - Easy use on agent end - Solid reporting and administration I've been using ISL Online for probably about 10 years. I managed a lot of computers through ISL Online and there were never any issues. It shows you the IP address of each computer and whether each computer is online/offline. They update a lot of features but the simple web interface, they've kept, which is great. The ability to take control of both Windows and Mac machines from anywhere, including mobile devices is a real asset. File transfers are easy.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Can highly recommend this for server and password management for bigger companies - Easy to use and install Make a connection with remote desktops immediately and access all passwords. With many integrations you can make it more powerful also AI support will make it more effective. Centralized use makes it very easy. RDM has been a goto for over 8 years now, however, with the release of PAM on Devolutions server, this has upped our game in providing a seamless RDM experience with PAM integration. Swiss Army Knife of Tools for SysAdmin, a great tool, which includes all the management tools in a single application for System Administration, especially like the SSH and RDP for managing all remote servers from single pain of glass. I like the way this software has the all in one solution i need for any remote desktop connections and scripting like PowerShell. Cons Not ideal for small companies - People with little to none it skills shouldn’t use this There is no cons for me. Maybe startup can be more fast Better Session (RDP) and Password viewing is needed to ease and use for each scenario. We need to be able to launch RDP sessions with out requiring approval, however, a password exposure in PAM needs this approval and eyes on it. Pricing could be cheaper! But all VMware vExperts get it for free! The software is quite big in terms of functionality so at some times it might be hard to find the correct functionality needed.
