	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - customer support - simple and smart - it does what it should - Very reliable to use - good customisation options for the interface Seamless web site integration, ease of use. Nice front end. Dashboard has a good design. Good admin features. Easy! Still in development and added the code to 2 of my pages. Icon is always there and very easy to customize look and feel. Easy to implement, easy to set up, a lot of customizing functions, good usability on the products website. Easy to handle. Tasks can be deligated to the right person. Tutorials are easy to understand and implement. Cons - so far everything works as it should and i can't name any negative points I cannot think of anything negative, really. The first product we use of that kind. Requires fast Internet, but that should be expected. Nothing really, at the beginning it might take some minutes to understand the setup but thats normal I guess. Pop up chat does not show up always. Logs out to often automatically.
