Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is easy to use and the recordings were eye-opening! We would show recordings of users struggling with certain aspect of our large site to committee members, and everyone was amazed. We use those results to not only implement need change, but visual proof to justify those changes. Hotjar has an easy to use interface and simple integration with other apps. The ability to gather feedbacks and surveys. The heatmaps and recordings are user-friendly, meaning that everyone can understand what they're seeing without advanced training. The feedback and survey tools are extremely reliable and feature-rich too. Implementation is super-easy. Hotjar provides an easy way to see the views and interaction your website are getting. Even with being a "numbers person" I still enjoy this platform and how it makes it so easy to view the data provided. It helps my team and I understand what things need to stay the same on our website and what changes need to be made. Hotjar offers best of the class visual analytics through heat map. it is a great tool to study the user behaviour of your visitors and helps in deciding and placing the call to action buttons on the most interacted section of the page. The integration part is very easy for most of the website and one bonus with it- doesn't affect the page loading time. Cons None that I can think of - it has done so much for us in a short time. Reports are helpful but required more option for customization It would be great to see the data in real time, perhaps even for recordings. The tool satisfies our needs to full extent nonetheless. So far I haven't found any cons, but I am newer to the platform. It is one of the best and easy to use virtual analytics. No Cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It comes with IBM-powered AI Watson Sentiment Analysis that analyzes feedback and turns it into qualitative data. It makes it easy for us to assess verbatim feedback. Plus, it has a variety of survey templates which makes it easy for us to just pick one survey, customize it, and publish on our website. Qualaroo's freeform text answer options allow our customers to express themselves without restraint, this is much needed for our business to improve our services. Qualaroo is definitely better than its competitors in terms of how quickly you can set it up on your website and it doesn't affect your website speed also. Its AI-powered analytics and reports are really helpful. Its geo and event targeting feature let you collect feedback from the right people at the right time. Qualaroo is a customer and user feedback software that lets you collect valuable feedback from users and website visitors in real-time. Their IBM Watson feature is just amazing because it enables you to analyze collected feedback automatically. It is pretty handy while evaluating lengthy feedback as well as comments by making sense of them. Simple to set up and launch. No code. Just a point-and-click dashboard. We use Salesforce, and Qualaroo integrated right away with it. The surveys felt like a part of our system, branded with our logo and colors. Cons They should include a little more features in the free trial version. I have nothing more to say, just filling the space right now. As we dived deeper into exploring the software, there were so many features to choose from many more customization options that it seemed overwhelming for a brief period of time, but the basic templates are easy to understand and we have been using them since then. User sentiments analysis reports can be better and detailed. A deeper analysis of user sentiments will definitely help businesses to convert more. The design section and features have to be updated, especially reporting. Qualaroo could do with more survey templates. We saw about a dozen or so, but many were only slightly different variations of the same theme. The results of our surveys were categorized into only broad sentiments like joy or fear or anger. It seemed too basic for such advanced tech. We wanted some of our surveys to end if the user responded in a certain way. Took us a while to figure out the logic branching, but that may just be us.
