Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The features, seamless design and multiple integrations are a huge plus for Go High Level. Any amateur like myself can go ahead and create a company and begin with their affiliate almost instantly. Cons The support team, although friendly (except as of my most recent experience) seem to understand very little of what you need help with, as if they have less knowledge than the new user on how the site even functions.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Noxtill consolidates sales, inventory, bookings, CRM, payments, and marketing into a single dashboard. The AI assistant and unified inbox significantly reduced our daily admin workload. Setup was straightforward, and the team adapted quickly without extensive training. What I like most about Noxtill is how many parts of the business are connected in one place. Instead of switching between separate tools for customers, bookings, payments, inventory, messaging and reporting, everything feels linked. The dashboard is easy to understand, the Unified Inbox is useful for keeping customer conversations together, and the automation features save time on repetitive follow-ups. The AI features are also practical rather than feeling like a separate chatbot added on top. Cons Some advanced reporting features are still maturing. Per-user pricing may feel steep for very small startups with multiple locations. Because the platform covers a lot of business functions, it takes a little time to explore all of the available modules and decide which ones are relevant to your workflow. Some of the more advanced settings may also feel like more than a very small business needs at first.
