Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy way to manage multiple inboxes for a team in one dashboard. Can assign messages to each other as well. Love how easy it is to add inboxes for an entire team to manage and collaborate within. Streamlines support. Cons There are not any cons that I can think of for now. It's a little tricky to set up and UI/ux could be updated to simplify.
