About MyColdInbox
MyColdInbox is a web-based shared inbox and email management platform for teams handling cold-outreach replies across multiple sending accounts. It connects Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and compatible IMAP/SMTP mailboxes, bringing incoming messages into a unified workspace with each message linked to its source mailbox. Teams can filter and search conversations, label replies, assign threads to teammates, add internal notes, and reply from the original sending account. Role-based workspaces support agencies managing client inboxes, as well as sales development, lead-generation, recruiting, and founder-led outreach teams. MyColdInbox manages replies rather than sending campaigns, allowing teams to keep using their existing campaign tools. It also includes thread status tracking and shared or personal inbox visibility settings.
