Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Simplifies payroll processing remarkably which is a huge time saver. Offers benefits management, time tracking, compliance help. As a business owner, I used to dread having to do payroll for my employees. But Gusto makes it super easy. Once your employee has entered in the system and you have stated how they are getting paid i.e. hourly or salary, it's super easy to do payroll. I have been able to do payroll while on an airplane, during dinner and by the beach on my iPhone! I simply enter the total hours worked and it's done. It literally takes me seconds! Very easy to use, and has many features. The app and website are both streamlined and intuitive to use. I use Gusto as my payroll solution for my bookkeeping business. They have the best prices for the services provided. Their platform is easy to use and navigate, they offer benefits and HR solutions in addition to payroll, and they've automated new employee onboarding which means less work for me! Gusto is an incredible product. Everything is easy to find. It's intuitive. Every bit of information I need is at my fingertips. Their support is responsive and kind. And there's even a cute little (seasonally decorated!) animated pig that trots across your screen while it loads! Cons It is a bit pricey, especially for small businesses or startups. There are no cons. They provide in one platform within Gusto- worker's compensation services, health insurance (you don't have to look for plans) they help you narrow the best options for where you live, and offer 401K plan and so much more! Everything you need is all in one place and one log in! No complaints so far! I don't have to use it very often, but when I do it's always very easy to accomplish the tasks I want. I can't think of anything I don't like about Gusto. They are so easy to use and the customer service is responsive and helpful as well. I would love to see Gusto expand benefits offerings to more states. Their service is so incredible that we would like to use them for more, but they don't offer benefits in our state.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
