	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One of the things we love about ReputationStacker is how easy it is to roll out to new locations. As soon as a store opens, we're already collecting reviews. That early momentum helps our locations build trust faster and gives us an edge over competitors that are still trying to build their online reputation (or aren't doing anything at all). What I like most about ReputationStacker is how easy it is to use. We just connected it to our CRM on day 1 and it gets us reviews automatically for all of our locations. ReputationStacker is makes reputation management easy across all of our tutoring locations. It automates review requests and keeps everything organized. We get a lot of reviews using ReputationStacker and the dashboard makes it easy to track performance. Reputation stacker was really easy to set up and connect to our CRM. Now whenever we close a case it automatically follows up with the client and asks for a Google review. Cons There is no part of it that I don't like because it is well designed and always works. There's nothing bad about it so there's nothing that I don't like about it. I like pretty much all of it. It works perfectly for managing our reputation. It took a minute to figure out that it can't push the first party customer feedback directly to Google, but once I figured out how it asks our clients for a Google review directly then it all made sense.
