Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros GroupMe has a great reputation, which makes it easier when the app is well known and functions as needed when communicating with large groups of people. The GroupMe is very user friendly and it's easy to get started no matter how much of a novice you are. The fact that you can create events and invitations for your group events is a real plus. In my university days, thus was a must have and I've used it for work too. It keeps everyone in the loop no matter where they're at with quick messages. It's good for when you don't need to do a full on meeting but you need to get a message or file out to everyone quickly. Intuitive communication platform to interact with coworkers and friends. Easy to add and chat with people. Photo and video sharing options. Group chat. GroupMe has multi-platform support. It offers instant messaging. Group chatting and controlling are great. Encrypted and secured messages. Cons It has served the purposes I have needed it to over the years, so no complaints. Sometimes it is a little difficult to follow multiple conversation threads that are subgroups of the main group. There's a few glitches with it if you're only using it through your phone number. I suggest always using the app. I never encountered any problems with this platform. It worked great for me. I highly recommend this tool.
