Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros You get a free US phone number, reliable that you can call through an app, receive calls and sms, and also receive sms on email. Perfect. This is the only software I’ve found that allows me the ability to have a free phone number for my small business. Great for giving out as a contact number without having to give out your personal number. We use this for our pastor on-call. It also allows multiple people to have the app and keep up with voicemails. Easy to use. Allows me to have a secondary phone number tied to my account (my phone number?) Can have outgoing/incoming calls/messages with good quality. I love that Google voice, allows you to get a free phone number in your area code of choice, and when somebody calls in, it requires them to say their name. That way, you can hear who it is before answering it and know if it’s worth picking up of sending to voicemail. Cons You can only select US phone numbers. No worldwide phones available. Features are somewhat limited, but this is to be expected from a free software. There really aren't many negatives. It does what you expect it to do. Sometimes calls won't connect. Costs $10 to change your phone number. Have a hard time receiving calls. I don’t love that the voicemail portion says “google voice”, but it makes sense from google’s perspective. Delivery rates have been consistently good, support is responsive, and they are always willing to investigate issues and provide updates when needed. The platform is straightforward, and support has been excellent. Motti is especially great—always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever we have questions or need assistance. Unlike any of the 5 other providers I have worked with. Cons Very rare occasional delays, usually due to carrier-related issues rather than the platform itself. They are typically resolved quickly with good communication from the team. nothing, everything is amazing, i wouldnt change anything No cons I can think of. I have had a great experience. - Prefer support for automated requests such as new numbers - Better explanation of certain campaign creation sections such as "content samples" No complaints. There are always small features that could be added over time, but overall we are having a very positive experience.
