For example, if it was recently remotely accessed to another computer, I can save that record on this platform, and then connect on some other occasion, just press a single button, this record helps me a lot, since I don't have to approve the start remote within the other computer, also, with the help of this function I can remotely connect to any of the computers that I have registered at any time. 2- Another of the athletic features that I liked about this platform is the zoom that it offers when connecting remotely, this Zoom allows you to zoom in on your computer on a large scale, it allows us to get up to 300% closer, which helps to You can correctly view any area of the monitor, this function is very important when you want to view specific things on the computer to which you are remotely connected. 3- Another of the things that I like about this platform since remote access is very complete, it allows you to access each of the files and programs installed on the computer to which you are connected, you can run all kinds of programs during this session In addition, you can copy or move any type of file on that computer. 4- I also liked the mobile application that this platform has, since this application also allows you to connect to any computer and manage it completely remotely, it gives you more than that completely in charge of the characteristics of that computer, in addition, It also allows you to run programs, run files, run documents, and much more. What I like the most about that platform is: 1.- It has an excellent encryption of information, for which all the information that runs within this platform, the number of Files that you share within it and during each remote session and many other things are protected thanks to this key of encryption, no one will be able to access your data or run the risk of it being leaked, as this platform counts as being quite advanced to strengthen the security of everything that is shared within it. 2.- I love the way the main panel saves all kinds of devices to make an immediate connection when needed, for example, from the main panel I can register up to 10 devices or 10 computers, in this way when they are already registered, with just one click I can connect to each of them, it is not necessary to add them again to check the corresponding connection, this function is really important since, for example, if I need to access a device remotely, I must leave it registered in my panel main and I can access it as many times as I want. 3.- It has a fairly complete free trial, that little bit of money gives you limited access for a couple of days, you can make all the connections you want, you can register the number of devices you want, but it will only be available for a couple of days, This free trial will allow you to get to know the platform much more thoroughly, since in the afternoon it completes and helps you to make remote connections without having to pay anything. 4.- The transfer of files within this platform is also one of the optimal functions, you can transfer all kinds of files or documents within each remote session or connection to any device, it is only enough to press a single button and select the number of Files you want to transfer, the cloud transfer process is quite fast. 5.- I also love the fact that you can access any program within a computer and within remote access, for example, if you connect to a computer you will be able to access all the programs that are installed within it, you will also be able to notify to be doing any program you want, you will be able to access any type of file or document during this remote session. Another thing I like is that this remote session consumes very little computer resources, you can connect to another computer without having to put the performance of your main computer at risk. Cons One of the main disadvantages that I found about this platform were: 1- The main disadvantage of this platform is that it does not have stability in connectivity if you have a bad Internet connection, every time the system detects that you have an unstable network, the remote connection will be interrupted immediately, therefore, you will have to start it again from scratch. This is a false negative as I would like this platform to work even when the internet connection is a bit slow or unstable, or for the connectivity to remain intact until the internet connection stabilizes, hopefully this will be fixed as soon as possible to improve connectivity with any computer. 2- The second negative thing is the high consumption that the platform has to be when it is used as mobile data on your mobile phone, I do not recommend using mobile data within this application at all, since the consumption is really high, and every second that swipe during each remote connection, consuming even more mobile data. I only recommend that calling another way will be used as a network connection or with a Wi-Fi connection, to avoid high consumption during remote connection. 3- Despite the fact that it is a quite powerful platform for remote connections, I consider that the general design of the interface of this platform is quite basic, I consider that the design should be much more optimal or offer a formal design for the users. The current design only uses the color gray; which causes that some users do not have adequate comfort. One of the main functions that has to be improved within this platform is that the file transfer system, despite having a fairly stable file transfer system, I consider that it can be much faster, currently the speed with which transfers the files, causing that sometimes the users prefer to use other methods to transfer files to some other computer, it is important that the file transfer of each remote connection is optimized. Also, I do not have that there is currently no version for browsers, currently the only versions available are the downloads for computers and mobile devices, however, there is no way that any user can remotely connect to another computer with just use your browser, how is it possible in other software such as TeamViewer, in which it is possible to connect remotely to another computer without using a downloadable application. It is important that this is simply in this software as soon as possible, as this would help users to connect remotely without downloading any application, as there are some users who do not fully trust to download an application on their computers. ° It has a lot of stability problems in the connection, sometimes it disconnects having to start everything almost from the beginning regarding the login. ISL made it very easy for me to remote in to our scheduling software and to make client notes. I still use it even though I am back in the office. It is very easy to use and give me more flexibility with my time. ISL Online is easy to use for non-IT professionals, providing a GDPR-approved secure environment. The connection is quite stable. We have used this connection from 3 different continents and multiple devices. We love the service and use it multiple times a week to access our clients' computers remotely. We use both the always on and the on demand service. Easy to use, secure, has a smart phone client that uses simple gestures to control remote devices. I use this daily and can support anyone from wherever I am. It's light weight and very easy to use. ISL Light makes connecting to my work computer from home easy. It has saved me from having to drive the 45 minutes to my office several times. Easy access allows software to be used by those with little technology proficiency. Our firm now uses this software with 20% or more of all our clients, with multiple clients only working with our office because we have a remote option.
