Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I am very pleased with the ability to either manually enter timesheet hours or ask employees to clock in and out. Having all employee data in one place is an excellent resources, and I look forward to utilizing the benefits management portion of the platform to further streamline our onboarding process. Creating custom reports that can aggregate the needed data in one spreadsheet in minutes is also a feature I use regularly for many different HR tasks. GoCo has a sleek, easy to use interface. We get compliments often about how easy and straightforward GoCo has made the onboarding process, which makes a great first impression on new employees who are just joining our agency! It also has vastly cut down on the administrative burden of scanning and filing paperwork into employee personnel files. I like that all our on boarding processes are digital, organized, and user friendly. I really like how easy it is to start my hiring process. GoCo, an easy to use HRIS system, has allowed our employees to have a seamless onboard experience. So many previously antiquated tasks are now easy to accomplish. The interface is user friendly. Customer service is incredible. Always making improvements - I feel like my suggestions/feedback are heard. Cons The time off scheduling is difficult to manage with prorated part-time employees, as we have to create a new time off classification for each amount, whether they work 20 hours, 24 hours, 30 hours, or so on. We have a lot of part time personnel and this has made using the time off feature both time consuming and frustrating. Inability to edit benefit information as it changes (we switched dental plans mid-year and could not input this from the employer side at all), and also inability to find our carriers in the system, has made implementing benefits administration difficult. It is a little high priced for our non-profit budget. Some of the forms are not complete are can't be signed. Like the background check authorization. There is no field for my employees to sign. It's also a little clunky for the I-9 verification process. For instance, when the employees provide their social security card and ID in one area, I have to download and upload myself. The system is not aware that the documents have already been provided? As an HR admin, there is a lot to learn. Integration with payroll has been challenging, based on how we need to track employee hours for invoicing and billing, but this may be an anomaly of our company. There are a few things that don't integrate well with other products.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Paycor has very few Pros. In fact I cannot think of a single one. I guess one advantage is that their product line ONLY deals with HR. Heaven help us if they start building software to run healthcare, airlines or systems essential for maintaining human life. The use of Paycor makes it easier for me to improve the efficiency of payments to workers, it reduces those problems that arise when fulfilling a work obligation and I save time to fully concentrate on other areas of the company to have a good labor control as a representative. On the other hand, this software helps me to have a good personnel management, I achieve assertive solutions in the control of human resources, and, above all, in the payroll payments that I make every fifteen days, this integral payment saves me time and that currently I do not do it manually but automatically through Paycor. Another point in favor of this software is that in addition to having a very innovative interface, it is also very friendly, because it helps you and guides you step by step with the functions that you want to execute, therefore, all the activities that you carry out through Paycor will be completed successfully. I like that the Paycor system is very fast, the moment I enter to make a payment for the company, I do it easily and leave quickly, it is a very direct software. Likewise, it is an advantage that the employee data is in one place, it is much easier to obtain it when you need information from an employee. And, finally, that it manages the hours of the employees seems to me to be a great benefit for the company, and for me to be able to manage the good control of the workers, so, before sending the comprehensive payroll, the hours worked of each are first verified. worker and then send the payment. Cons 1) It's buggy 2) Customer support is lacking - Paycor employees know less about Paycor than the customers. 3) Customer support is non responsive. I would like the guidelines and the steps to follow that this software offers for its proper execution to be improved to meet the objectives that we set for ourselves. Paycor manages the workers well, but I would also like to be able to put a description of each worker, also, all the objectives and functions that each worker has should be tracked to know if they fulfill their daily activities. If Paycor had weekly reports, this would make it a better software, with the weekly reports I can observe the weekly development and administration of the company, I can know if each worker has fulfilled their function and their working hours, but, above all, everything, if we have fulfilled the objectives that we set ourselves each week, likewise, with these reports we can solve the problems that have arisen in the company and we can look for solutions to them, in the same way I can establish weekly meetings to analyze said reports and ask the staff how we can improve, and so, every week we set goals to meet to become better. Something that annoys me a bit about this software is that it takes a long time to terminate an employee in this system, I have to try to make the request daily from the moment the staff is withdrawn so that they can completely remove it from the system, this it brings with it certain problems to my statistics, because it is treated as if the employee were still working and then I always have to cancel the payment and their functions. Another thing that bothers me is that the support team is very slow, they take days to answer the questions I have, and this delays certain activities that go together with Paycor.
