Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The web client is the standout feature. It allows me to connect to my home PC from a restricted iPad using only the Safari browser. The permanent link feature makes access incredibly fast and simple. The connection is stable and the quality is high enough for reading text and browsing, which is exactly what I need. Security: the service works over the HTTPS protocol, which includes AES encryption. Integrated with Chrome Extention, Telegram, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, available for Windows, MacOS, Android, and Linux. It's free for non-commercial usage. Connect from browser. Cons Some useful features, like Black Screen mode, are premium and need to be unlocked. It would be better if these were included for free personal users. No iOS app. But now I'm using Android so it's not a problem.		Pros from Real Users Pros SuperOps.ai has really improved how we handle our IT operations and daily workflows.
