What I appreciate most is the intuitive interface, which is easy to use even for new team members. The ability to assign tasks, track deadlines, and communicate directly in the context of the task is very practical and improves project visibility. What is the most useful thing about Freelo? Freelo is very helpful in organizing and delegating tasks. Its main advantages are: Clear organization of tasks and projects: it allows us to create, track and manage tasks easily. Efficient communication: the ability to add comments and files directly to tasks reduces the need for external communication tools. Deadline tracking: Calendar and reminders help us meet deadlines and avoid delays. Benefits of using Freelo on a daily basis We use Freelo on a daily basis to plan and track project progress. Every morning we check for new tasks, assign them to team members and set priorities for the day. We communicate directly within tasks, which saves time and keeps information in one place. The app strives to constantly develop new improvements that help us grow. All the clients I gave access to are satisfied. They like the clear administration, nice design and intuitive operation. Cons The only thing that could be improved is the mobile app. - only one person can by set as resolver - only one account can be logged in application What don't I like about Freelo? While Freelo is a great tool, it has a few areas that could be improved: Advanced features can be more difficult to learn: Some advanced features require more time and effort to fully learn, which can be problematic for new users or less tech-savvy team members. Mobile App: The mobile app is less intuitive and sometimes slower compared to the web version. Although it allows access to core features, its user interface could be improved for a better user experience. Integrations with other tools: Although Freelo offers several integrations, some popular tools are not supported, which at times makes it difficult for information to flow smoothly between the different platforms we use. Customizing notifications: Notification customization options could be better. Sometimes we get too many notifications for less important activities, which can be distracting. Despite these shortcomings, Freelo is still a very useful tool that contributes greatly to the efficiency and organization of our work. With minor improvements it could be even better. - nothing - maybe pricing = it isn't very cheap but it is very good app = so it is okay. Method Grid allows us to map anything our team does. Very simple grid system. Highly flexible. It allows to display documents, external links, videos, checklist, images and cloud documents. Easy, quick and fast to pickup. Organises memorialize and project data and process steps. User friendly. Intuitive tool. This is absolutely an amazing tool to manage your projects with your organization. Our business project management has significantly improved and makes everything much easier. The great thing about Method Grid is that you can provide updates and comments to your team members. It offers great customization features that many will enjoy. Method Grid is an intuitive way to store knowledge for easy retrieval by other members of our team. It is totally configurable to fit your processes and set up a taxonomy that works for your business. Colleagues find it much easier to find the current, approved information they need than storing in a network or cloud drive due to the structural design being consistent with our processes. The software is constantly being enhanced with new features and the team is highly responsive to suggestions for improvements. It's now possible to clone grids and have checklists in them. We use this as an on-boarding tool to make sure everyone goes through a consistent set of information to ensure everyone is using the same processes. Intuitive interface and simple structure actually make this a surprisingly powerful and flexible tool for managing many aspects of a professional services business IP. Cons Lack of advanced whiteboarding features compared to complex tools, No Gantt charts or calendar views for project planning. No dislikes. Great software to share and capture knowledge. At first it can take quite some time for your business to find all the great functions this software has to offer. Once you have learned everything, the whole process is so simple and very helpful. It's free-form nature, whilst giving massive flexibility, means you need to spend some time to plan out a structure. We started a bit too ad-hoc and needed to restructure how we store data. I would recommend creating a steering team (any proper implementation should have one!). We were an early user and new features have continuously been added.
