Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Powerful software designed for teams of any size to work towards a specific goal (OKR) and during this process track the progress via KPI. Great integrations (Google Sheets + Zapier + Google Analytics), make tracking very easy. OKRs in combination with FlowyTeam engagement tool make this system interesting. Would recommend the system. These tools make employee life easier to submit leaves and track working hours when remote work. Effective tools. We linked OKRs and KPIs to the reward system of FlowyTeam and could increase the team motivation of our staff. Our org uses FlowyTeam for HR and leave forms as well as for OKRs and KPIs. Very effective system. Cons I hope to see even more integrations in the future! :) No negative experience so far, but we want to more modules..let's see. More integrations to payrolls or other HR tools please. So many tools FlowyTeam offers. We only use 3-4, the others we disabled in the system. We use also Asana, an integration would be good to pull some data.
