It also supports the transfer of mid-size files (20GB). - Flock helps in connecting with colleagues and team members in a seamless and easy way. - The application is easy to use and is rich in features. - The user interface of the application is refined and minimal and looks modern. - Flock allows all the basic features like instant messaging, video calls and screen sharing. - The group chat and screen share feature works smoothly. - It can be easily integrated with Google calendar to improve functionality and productivity. - The message replies can be done for specific messages. - It has a lot of business-oriented features that make it one of the best business chat app. - It has a clean and straightforward user interface. - The price is of the application is very reasonable. It is the best tool for the project members to discuss and collaborate with teams. It makes every chat interactive and simple. I love its file-sharing feature, we can integrate with the third-party cloud storage platforms. Cons Till now I had a great experience using this platform. No cons. - There is no alert for deleted message. - It does not work well with smartwatches like Apple Watch. - Using it from past 3 years and haven't faced any issue. - It changes the status as inactive if you run it in the background for some time. Incredibly resource since working remotely. Easy to connect with employees and work. Good video and audio connect which also work great in low connect. I like the simple and interactive method that we can maintain communication, as well as working together between co-workers with Workplace by Facebook, I like this job system, it has a user interface comparable to the social media network Facebook, in addition to being used by all the employees of our company, they were able to share suggestions, chat, make audio and video phone calls, share papers and more, in a very simple to use and also familiar environment. Workplace by Facebook is a good place for formal and informal communication in organizations. It has easy setup with single sign on of company credentials and employees can share their thoughts and also make announcements on walls just like normal Facebook. I like that I can use something just for my business Facebook page and I do not get it confused with my personal one. Cons Support is incredibly slow when there are any operational issues with this platform. User interface can be improved for non-technical people. I like to integrate with online office devices to modify documents and also spreadsheets online through the system. Eventually we found instability in the system and a drop in the program's functioning. The notification links which we get in emails mostly redirects to a different thread instead of the actual post. It is not user friendly as I think it should be. It also does not always notify me and then when I do look at it, it does not show that I looked at the notification.
