The video quality of the conference is so clear. It also supports the transfer of mid-size files (20GB). - Flock helps in connecting with colleagues and team members in a seamless and easy way. - The application is easy to use and is rich in features. - The user interface of the application is refined and minimal and looks modern. - Flock allows all the basic features like instant messaging, video calls and screen sharing. - The group chat and screen share feature works smoothly. - It can be easily integrated with Google calendar to improve functionality and productivity. - The message replies can be done for specific messages. - It has a lot of business-oriented features that make it one of the best business chat app. - It has a clean and straightforward user interface. - The price is of the application is very reasonable. It is the best tool for the project members to discuss and collaborate with teams. It makes every chat interactive and simple. I love its file-sharing feature, we can integrate with the third-party cloud storage platforms. Cons Till now I had a great experience using this platform. No cons. - There is no alert for deleted message. - It does not work well with smartwatches like Apple Watch. - Using it from past 3 years and haven't faced any issue. - It changes the status as inactive if you run it in the background for some time. No downside experience on this platform. Got seamless experience.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Super secured app with end-to-end encryption, that even Wickr can't see my data. Because of the security, illegal folks started to abuse it. Now Amazon has put curb on the abuse and promoting as an enterprise grade product with AWS Support. Wickr is an excellent way to get end to end encryption for communicating safely with business associates without worry of your conversations getting intercepted. It's the best internal (inbound) communication tool for SMBs to collaboratively work and communicate using the unified software. The feature I'm using the most is its file transfer and video call. It helped me to stay connected while working remotely. Wickr makes team communication more professional than other tools we tried. It helped every employee to stay on the same page for team collaboration. The file transfer, screen share and instant messaging works great. Wickr application offers multi-platform support. It allows us to communicate and share files with project teams. The video calling quality is clean and works great on bad connections. Instant messaging and voice calling option. Cons Few integrations - I guess it will grow, now Amazon owns it. Linking with associates can be cumbersome and retrieving past conversations is purposely impossible. Quality of video conferencing is slightly on the lower side Nothing so far we enjoyed Wickr software features. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.
