The video quality of the conference is so clear. It also supports the transfer of mid-size files (20GB). - Flock helps in connecting with colleagues and team members in a seamless and easy way. - The application is easy to use and is rich in features. - The user interface of the application is refined and minimal and looks modern. - Flock allows all the basic features like instant messaging, video calls and screen sharing. - The group chat and screen share feature works smoothly. - It can be easily integrated with Google calendar to improve functionality and productivity. - The message replies can be done for specific messages. - It has a lot of business-oriented features that make it one of the best business chat app. - It has a clean and straightforward user interface. - The price is of the application is very reasonable. It is the best tool for the project members to discuss and collaborate with teams. It makes every chat interactive and simple. I love its file-sharing feature, we can integrate with the third-party cloud storage platforms. Cons Till now I had a great experience using this platform. No cons. - There is no alert for deleted message. - It does not work well with smartwatches like Apple Watch. - Using it from past 3 years and haven't faced any issue. - It changes the status as inactive if you run it in the background for some time. No downside experience on this platform. Got seamless experience.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was pretty impressed with all that Lark has to offer. It has a great interface that's easily navigable. The chat interface is pretty cool , with features to reply to chosen messages, and also allows you to 'tick off' conversations that are over. It also has a built-in document sharer to share all sorts of files with your group, complete with comments and private drives. The video calling facility works great even on slow networks. Custom emoji reactions to chats are another feature I love. Lark available on cross-platform. It gives you the best group communication experience. You can do chat, video conferencing, share docs and drive access. From a single platform. Cons I haven't had any major cons for Lark. But the chat interface on video conferences is pretty small, which makes it difficult to navigate through the messages. I'm pretty impressed with Lark app platform. No cons.
