It also supports the transfer of mid-size files (20GB). - Flock helps in connecting with colleagues and team members in a seamless and easy way. - The application is easy to use and is rich in features. - The user interface of the application is refined and minimal and looks modern. - Flock allows all the basic features like instant messaging, video calls and screen sharing. - The group chat and screen share feature works smoothly. - It can be easily integrated with Google calendar to improve functionality and productivity. - The message replies can be done for specific messages. - It has a lot of business-oriented features that make it one of the best business chat app. - It has a clean and straightforward user interface. - The price is of the application is very reasonable. It is the best tool for the project members to discuss and collaborate with teams. It makes every chat interactive and simple. I love its file-sharing feature, we can integrate with the third-party cloud storage platforms. Cons Till now I had a great experience using this platform. No cons. - There is no alert for deleted message. - It does not work well with smartwatches like Apple Watch. - Using it from past 3 years and haven't faced any issue. - It changes the status as inactive if you run it in the background for some time. One of a great and competitive software in the market now. I like this tool for corporate use. Best for instant messaging and video/audio calls. Easy to set up a call or meeting. I have been using it for 4yrs. Amazing tool for calls, meeting and video conference's. Best for office use. The application combines an implementation of different communication tools through conferences with one or more people. It provides several options for contact through video and audio conferences. It also manages a section for managing private and group chats where you can share various files. It's a good tool to make meetings and group communication with business project teams. The paid plans are cost-effective. We had a good experience with its meeting service. The user Interface is easy to navigate. Cons It has less number of features when compare with its competitor Slack. They offer more integration and collaboration options. I had issues with refreshing resetting status. But got fixed after connecting with support. Connectivity is the concern. Initially I had issues with connectivity. But it got fixed after connecting with their customer care. As disadvantages we determined the limitations in terms of access to an extension for mobile devices, its tools can only be used for desktop devices. Similarly, we do not have functions to manage a project calendar creation with this application. Call quality issues when connected to an open network.
