Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Easy to get setup - Works easily and consistently - Allows you to preview signatures within Exclaimer The product makes it easy to create and manage signatures. -Uses AD or AAD/Entra ID to grab data/info for the signature so you don't need to change every single thing or visit their console just for it. -Once it's setup, it works like a charm Nice visuals, really brightened up our email signatures and got the company aligned to our new branding The visuals of the email signatures are amazing. We have a lot of detail and were able to customise the size to our liking. Cons - Signature editor is a bit slow/clunky - Feels more geared towards Office 365 environments vs. Google Workspace; some features lacking or unintuitive in Google. For example group email addresses etc. are harder to get signatures added to in Google vs. Office 365 - Support can be a bit slow; had to jump through hurdles to switch the server instances we are using (our free trial defaulted to a US-based instance when we are actually based in Australia, resulting in slow performance - took a while to get this fixed) The license removal is only available on an annual basis. -Had some weird bugs (what program doesn't) where it wouldn't format correctly after a reply, but it was resolved by the support team after a few weeks. -Console could use a UI update... Not the easiest UX/UI form an upload point of view Took us a very long time to get it up and running. We have been working on implementing this for around 4 months.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The signature management module is very useful since it allows to standardize the corporate signature by adding gifs, links to social media and so on This tool is highly useful in multiple ways. Features such as dynamic groups, organization-wide signatures, and internal email deletion save us hundreds of hours and prevent potential human errors. The platform is remarkably intuitive and brings much-needed unified control to Google Workspace. Instead of hunting through scattered, disconnected menus in the native Google Admin console, ToogleBox brings everything together into a single, clean dashboard. ToogleBox is a very useful and complete tool. I especially like the features it includes, such as Email Recall, which adds significant value and helps improve control and efficiency in daily operations. That emails can be archived and retrieved if/when needed from a secure location. I am not a superadmin user so my rights are limited to archiving and company signature adjustments. Cons Tooglebox lacks user signature restrictions, letting non-admins bypass admin control making it flawed The user interface could be more organized and better designed Because the platform packs so many different tools and features, a single administrator can easily get a bit lost in all the options at first. Fortunately, this is mitigated by the ability to delegate specific functions and roles to other team members, making it easy to share the workload without compromising security. The main area of opportunity is the user interface. While the tool has strong functionality, the interface is not as user-friendly or intuitive as it could be. A more modern and easier-to-navigate design would improve the overall user experience. I am unable to comment on this as ToogleBox serves my current role.
