Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros All in one digital communications. Excellent reporting. Excellent sending rates. Easy to use. Completely customisable and peronalisable. Real person support, not a bot. Cons Integration with WhatsApp is not yet ready. It isn't a must for my business but a nice to have.
